In this video, I’m going to reveal a simple four step process that Justin Waller used to add 47, 530 to his Skool community. It is something literally anybody can do once you recognize the signs and recognize the patterns. It is something that has been replicated by essentially everyone that is on this group, and I’m going to expose it to you so that you can start doing it too.

Now, as I mentioned, it is essentially a four step process that Anybody can do, and this is the first and probably most important step is you need to pick a niche. A niche is just an area where you’re going to create content and focus. Now for Justin here, he is in the wealth niche. More specifically, he is in the construction slash real estate niche.
He’s teaching people how to either start a construction or real estate business or grow it to the next level. Really important that if you want to be successful online, you need to pick one niche. And stay there focused on it. 100%. I know that we are multifaceted. We’re multi dimensional individuals, but the people that are able to focus on one thing are the ones that are usually able to be most successful.
All right. So that is step one is to pick a niche. The second thing that you need to do is you need to get attention. You need to get attention. Eyeballs on you. Okay. If you can’t get attention positively or negatively, no one’s going to buy from you. And these are the different types of ways that you can get attention either free or paid and within free, you can do YouTube, Twitter, Tik TOK, anywhere where there’s a group of people hanging out, you need to go there and get attention, attract attention to you.
And that’s exactly what Justin is doing. He’s got an Instagram. Profile here that has 985, 000 followers. He has a Tik TOK account here, or excuse me, he has a Twitter account that has 409, 000 followers. He is also on Instagram. You can see he’s also on LinkedIn. Happy Monday with 500 connections. And then he also has a website here where he is directing people.
Now, what I want to show you is he’s actually collecting emails, which I’ll talk about in just a moment. But. Essentially, you need to go where people are already hanging out. No one’s going to come to you, even if you’ve got an amazing product. You have to go to them. Okay, step two, get attention, get eyeballs.
And once you decide where you’re going to go, you have to start creating content. Now, there are all sorts of different content you can create. You can create organic content, SEO content, paid ads. But what Justin’s doing is he’s actually showing lifestyle and results. Now, if we look at this, if you are inside, if you want to if you want a real estate business or construction business, you would resonate with us.
The, some of the people that are on here are big names in the industry. And you can see he is simply selling a lifestyle and selling results. Let me look at his Instagram here. He’s again, lifestyle results, a little bit of motivation. If we look, you can see that’s a fancy car there. And basically he’s not saying it out loud, but he’s saying if you want to be successful, if you want to do the things that if you want to drive a fancy car, then you need to follow me.
You need to do what I’m doing. You need to be like me. And so you can see here, essentially, that’s exactly what he’s doing. You are, he’s showing a luxury vacation where he’s hanging out, watching the sunset. And this is Subtly saying, if you want to do X, then Y, okay? Then follow me, then join my program.
You’re doing the bare minimum, you can do more. I know you can. So prove me right. A little bit of motivation there to get people up and running. And so you can see that’s exactly what he is doing. And then showing results again in, in the LinkedIn profile. But if you look, everybody follows the same four step process.
Content can be SEO content where you’re creating YouTube videos based on something that people are actually searching for, but he is showing results in lifestyle. The final step is to funnel people in the direction of making money. This is what I do. These are the four different ways that people are using you can create content so like Instagram and then send people to your Skool community.
So if we look at this you can see he’s got his newsletter here. He has a bitly link, which sends it actually to his, paid Skool community. And then he has it to his website. So what he’s doing, he’s actually doing a few different things. He is creating content and then sending people to Skool.
He’s creating content and then sending them to a landing page. Some people will create content and send them to a free Skool community, nurture them, and then upgrade them to a paid Skool community. So basically it all starts with creating content right here. Once you’ve identified your niche, And identified where you’re going to create content.
So where are you going to get that attention? You are simply going to create content and then you’re going to decide on which direction to go. As you can see here, he is doing all three, which can be confusing. You can see here. He does more, he’s talking more about abundance and making money and things like that.
But you can see here, this is basically what he’s doing. He’s creating content. He’s showing results, travel, Success. He is selling success. And if you want success, like he’s getting, this is what he’s saying. If you want success, if you want limitless money, then follow me. And then I can show you the way basically is what he’s doing.
And he’s doing all of these content to Skool content, to landing page. He’s not doing content to free Skool community. You don’t have to do that. I recommend just picking one way, one or two ways, and you can be successful. But this is literally how all of these guys are being successful online. If we look at this, you can see, this is the exact process.
This guy up here, he’s got two Skool communities. He’s got two Skool communities, but this is something literally anybody can do. The most important thing, if you want to do this too, and I’m not saying you’re going to make 47, 530, what I’m saying is if you want to start making money online, this is the way.
It’s all about picking one niche, deciding where you’re going to create content and then creating content that resonates with the target audience. Now, where you create content is going to determine the type of content to create. For example, the people over on TikTok are going to be looking for different types of content than the people on YouTube.
The people on YouTube usually go to YouTube because they’re searching for something. The people on TikTok are usually going to be interested because you trigger something. In their mind. Okay. They, for the most part, people on Tik TOK aren’t looking for a solution. They’re going to Tik TOK to escape and get away and maybe just do some doom scrolling.
But if you can trigger an emotion, then you can, they will start to watch more of your content and then they’ll decide, Hey, maybe I want to go. Maybe I want to join his paid community or maybe I want to learn a little bit more and And enter my name in my email or maybe i’ll go to a free Skool community and then upgrade to a Paid Skool community after and so again This is something that literally anybody can do and this is something that you should do And I want to help you get started.
