In this video, I will reveal the simple four-step process that Sifu John Kogan uses to make 40, 215 in monthly recurring revenue for the Skool community, the wing, and Chung Academy. Once you see it, it is a simple four-step process that you can recognize, and literally, any and every niche.

And this is no different. As you can see here, if we look at it, you can see this as his Academy. This is where he comes in. Right here, where he makes the 40, 215, which is interesting is he went from zero to 40k per month, And this is something that anybody can do. No, i’m not claiming that you’ll make 40k I am claiming that you can make excellent monthly recurring revenue with a Skool community And if you need help doing it, I am more than willing to help you. If you use my affiliate link in the description, it’s called The First Link, and I’ll work with you.

One-on-one to help you build your Skool community with a one-hour complimentary coaching call. Now, let’s go ahead and get into the simple four-step process he and everybody use to succeed online. The first thing you must do is mandatory, and you need to pick one niche. I say this in every video; people tell me, Alston, I am multifaceted.

I am multidimensional. Great. But for the internet, you need to focus on one niche. What he’s doing is focusing on fitness, martial arts, and eventually Kung Fu. That is what he’s known for on the internet, both in his local area and around the world. So that’s what I recommend that you focus on: pick one niche area where you’re going to create content and focus solely on helping people in that one space.

There are literally thousands of niches and subniches out there. You just need to focus on one. So, step one is to pick your niche, find the sub-niche, and make sure that you focus there. Drill down so that you’re talking to a very small group of people. The next thing that you need to do is to decide where you’re going to get attention.

These are all the different places where you can get attention. There’s free attention and paid attention. The best part about free attention is that it only takes time. However, it can take time. Building up an audience can take a little bit of time, especially if you make 40 K per month.

The benefit of paying attention is that you can quickly start seeing a return on investment. However, you’ll need to spend money upfront testing and perfecting the paid ads that you’re running. You can use YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or TikTok for free. Or you can use paid YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and I’m gonna throw in TikTok as well because that is an opportunity that most people overlook.

Now, the cool thing is you need to pick one place. Okay? You just need to pick YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok because you’ve got to remember there are people at each one of these places, and you only need a small fraction of a percent to make 10k per month or 40k per month with your Skool community.

In Sifu John’s case, he’s actually on Instagram, and you’ll notice he’s repurposing a lot of content. He does have a local gym. So he’s pulling from that too. He also has a small YouTube channel. Look at only 5,000 subscribers; he has a TikTok account with 485,000 followers.

I believe most of his traffic is coming from TikTok, probably his local business or community that he’s running. He also uses Instagram, where he has 164 000 followers. So, after you have decided where you’ll get attention, the next thing you need to do is create content.

Okay. The type of content you create will vary based on the area or where you’re going to get attention. For example, if you’re going to create YouTube videos, you have to learn keyword research and the questions that people are asking. The reason why his YouTube channel probably isn’t as high as it could be is that he’s probably not largely focused on it.

You can see uploads maybe once or twice a week. Okay. He’s not using keywords, so people don’t know how to find him, but over on TikTok, if he’s showing different tips and tricks, he’s showing this video speed and power. That’s 5. 6 million views. That’s something that people are interested in and want to learn.

So, there are different ways that you can create content. And if we look over it on Instagram here, he’s just repurposing everything. So he’s putting both pieces of content in both places, which will help him grow a little bit faster because you have to remember that some people prefer to be on Instagram and have no interest in being on TikTok at all, and vice versa.

If you look at this, he is simply creating content showing people different martial arts or Kung Fu. But, as you can see here, he’s doing this because he’s large enough. He’s also throwing in a little bit of personal brand, but he’s mostly focused on Kung Fu and teaching different short tips and tricks.

This is something that you can do with something anybody can do. You don’t have to be an expert in it. He is an expert, but you don’t have to be an expert to get started. You must be one or two steps ahead of the person behind you. Then, the final thing you’ve got to do is create a funnel, and I will show you his funnel.

There are a couple of different options. You can post content to Skool, so you can do Instagram right to a Skool community. You can post content to a landing page to collect email addresses. You can post content to a free Skool community and then upsell people to a paid Skool community. And if we take a look here, we can go to his team.

When we click on a TikTok account, people are taken right over to his free Skool community. So, if you look at this, he’s got a free Skool community where he offers value and helpful information. There are 3000 members in this free Skool community. And then he’s taken a portion of those people, and they’ve elected to upgrade upsell.

From the 3000 members, he goes from 3 to 219 members, paying one 99 per month. And so that essentially is. How do you do it? As I mentioned, you can do content for Skool. So I should do like content to paid Skool content to a landing page. I’m just going to type in paid Skool here. I paid Skool content to the landing page for free email marketing like this content.

Skool to paid Skool. That’s what he’s doing. And then so on. This is literally how people are able to go from zero to 10,000 per month. The Skool community, when you recognize it, is a really simple four-step process. You have to make sure that you consistently upload content in one of these places.

You always have to monitor your analytics and traffic to ensure that people are still engaging and resonating, but this is a process that anybody can do. And again, if you need help or want assistance building your own Skool community where you make money from it, click the first link in the description.

It is an affiliate link, and when you click that first link and get started using my affiliate link, I will actually meet with you one-on-one as an additional bonus at no additional cost to you. But again, the cool thing with this is once you see this, once you see that this is what people are doing for any niche, for every niche.

This is something that can be replicated. Now, if we look, we could go over to the Skool community. Let’s go to discover communities here. You could type in your name and find something for everybody. I will type in basket weaving because I’ve never done it.

I’ve never checked it. Basket. Who spelled basket? Weaving. Maybe that’ll help. Okay. Basketball. Holy. Okay. Basketball. These—I’m not sure what these say—you can see people are doing this with basketball. You can see there are more basketball communities. This one is really interesting to me because they’re talking. This might be something other than teaching basketball, but if we take a look, you can see basketball is a community that you could build.

Some of these are free. There are a couple of paid ones: 5 per month, 29 per month, 49 per month, and 47 per month. If we typed in football, you’re going to see once again that there are all sorts of these different communities out here that you could potentially get into, even volleyball, which is really interesting.

Volleyball: Look at this: five dollars per month, 43 members, 22 members at 9. 99 per month; how crazy is that? So there’s really no excuse for 22 members who are paying a thousand dollars per month for volleyball. All right, guys. Thanks for watching. Let me know if you have any questions.

If you look at this, they start here with a free community and then actually upsell people to the paid one. If you want to get started, let me know. If you’ve got any questions, comment below; I’d be happy to answer them. If not, have a great day. We’ll see you in the following video.
