In this video, I’m going to reveal step by step how you can make money with Skool. This is going to be a zero to 10k per month roadmap. And I’m going to show you examples from people that are already doing it. And it’s a really simple four step process. But once you understand what to do and how to do it, you can essentially do this too.

The first thing that you want to do is pick a niche. And a niche is just an area where you’re going to create content, a focus. For example, This account right here, he focuses on personal development, men’s health. This one, I believe, this one is all about helping life insurance agents. So if you go down this list, basically what I’m looking at are the, is the leaderboards that people are making the most money with Skool.

They all have a niche. Sports betting. Okay. You pick one niche and focus 100 percent within that space, a credit repair. You can make money, but that is the absolute first thing that you want to do. You just need to have one niche. And the niche again, is just an area where you’re going to create content.

Now you should be able to pick a niche based on things that you’re interested in, things that you have already accomplished. Maybe you could just focus on, Things that you do at work. For example, you could probably start a successful community all about Excel. If we typed in Excel here, there might be a community based solely on Excel and teaching people Excel.

But essentially, You need to focus on one area or maybe Google sheets. So you can see that there are a few places talking about Google sheets, but step number one, most important pick a niche. Number two is you are going to get attention. That’s basically. Getting in front of people that are interested in your niche.

So for example, we’re just going to say our niche is woodworking This is a pretty popular one that people talk about and now that we know that our niche is woodworking We need to get attention and there’s several ways to do that You can create content for free or you can create content with paid stuff Now if you’re going to do free you’re going to create like youtube videos instagram linkedin Twitter you name it.

You’re simply going to create content wherever people are hanging out. For example, if we go over to YouTube and we just type in how to start a wood working business, you can see that there are lots of people that are in this space where they’re teaching people how to start a woodworking business.

And so essentially what you’re going to do as you can see there are millions of views to be had You are going to create content now. You can do this over on tiktok It doesn’t matter you need to focus on one platform to get started You can also do this paid for example a few videos ago. I talked about Evelyn Weiss uses paid Facebook ads to grow her group.

Let me just go back one more time. This group right here is mostly with Facebook ads. Excuse me. So you can create Facebook ads and attract people to you. So Facebook I’ll just say Facebook, Instagram YouTube, or even Pinterest ads. A lot of people don’t talk about Pinterest, but Pinterest ads could be a great place to find people.

And so you’re just going to run traffic. To your, you can actually run it directly to your group. Another thing that you could do is you could use paid ads and send them to a landing page where you collect their name and their email, but that goes down to funnel. So again, we’re going to reiterate recap here.

Step number one, pick one niche. Okay. Step number two, attention. You, again, you could do tick tock. Any social media platform is going to work free or paid and then funnel. You’re going to create content, okay. Create content. And again, this is for your paid. To attract people to you. And then once you get eyeballs and you get attention, you can either send them to a landing page to collect their names and email, or you can send them directly to your Skool community.

And that’s, what’s really cool. Now, if you send them directly to your Skool community, you might want to have a free community to nurture your people. And you’re basically, if you’re doing this, you are going to provide additional value. Now, one way to think about this, if I create an online whiteboard like this, so what you’re going to do is you’re going to, let’s say this is a video of some sort.

You can either send them to a landing page where you collect their name and email, or you can send them directly to Skool. If you send them to Skool, you probably want to do a free Skool. But this right here will work out as well. And then a part of, if you’re going this route, you’re going to then send them to a paid Skool community like this.

And then, you can charge whatever you want. If you’re going for a free Skool, then you can upgrade them to a paid Skool. So I can just put that right there. A free Skool will take the place of a landing page just like that. But what you’re going to do is you are simply going to nurture them.

You’re going to provide more information. You’re going to provide additional value. And then the final step essentially is just convert them. You are going to offer them, make them an irresistible offer. For example my Skool community, if I just pull this one up Skool community that I just created recently.

If we look at the about section, you can see this is essentially a irresistible offer. This is a. Mini course to help them get started. And then I’ve got case studies of successful YouTube channels, one live Q and a per month. You can see all of these things people get for just 7 per month. And then I also throw in a little bit of urgency saying that the regular price is nine 99 and that the price will increase.

Once I hit 60 members, but this is literally how anybody can do it. If you’re wondering how these people have gotten on the leaderboard, they all follow the exact same process. They all go out and they pick a niche. They’ve got one area that they focus on. They’re not talking about two different things.

They’re not talking about 10 different things. People that. That I speak with people that I coach, they’ll say, Hey I’m interested in 10 different areas and they have nothing to do with each other. One, one, one area is basket weaving. The other area is make money online. The third area is in, I don’t know, being an auto mechanic and they want to do all of it.

And I tell them, you just need to focus on one area, get one thing up and running first, and then you can expand and move out to something else. They oftentimes don’t listen to me and then they get, they, they spin their wheels and then they come back to me and they say, what’s going on? And I say, you didn’t focus on one thing.

So you’ve got to focus on one thing in the very beginning, get that up and running and then work on deciding where you’re going to create content, where are you going to get attention? Again, you only have to pick one of these spots. Each one of these places gets billions of views. Every single month. So you don’t have to be everywhere.

If you don’t want to be focused on YouTube, if that’s what you want. But once you focus on one of these areas, you have to become the expert in content creation in that area. For example, the way that you are going to get in front of your targeted audience on YouTube is going to be different than Tik TOK because there’s a different awareness level.

Oftentimes people on Tik TOK, they are unaware. Now we’re going to get into a little bit of marketing here. Unaware of the problem and the solution. So this might take, this might require a little bit more nurturing people on YouTube. They are aware of the problem. They might even be aware of the solution, aware of solution, but they might not be, they might be unaware of the product.

Okay. And so you’ve got to understand that based on where you’re going to create content, you have to meet people where they are. Okay. And so TikTok takes a little bit more nurturing. However, on YouTube, you can YouTube’s more based on search. And so you can actually just type in problems that people are having, like we did here, how to start a woodworking business.

Now if we were to try and target the same people, we might create videos on woodworking. If we’re on TikTok or trying to target people on TikTok, we might create videos on side hustles or how much money I made with my woodworking business.
