In this video, I’m going to reveal step by step how you as a fitness instructor can make 3k per month or more with your Skool community. And basically what we need to do is cover a four step process. We need to get attention, we need to get them funneled in the right direction, add additional value.

And there’s a specific way that you’ve got to add value so that you’re not just Giving away more free content and then we actually get to the money. So I’m really excited about this Hopefully you are too so that you know how to monetize your Skool community step by step now If you are brand new to Skool real quick is an online community and platform Where you can go to essentially build a more engaged, sustainable community.

As you can see, there are millions of, not millions, there’s lots of Skool communities out there for everything. And so you would not be the first, however, we are going to. I’m going to show you how you can actually monetize your Skool community. So I just want to show you real quick, there are tons of these different Skool communities out there.

If I just type in weight loss like this, you’re going to see there’s a bunch out there. But you could be the best. Okay, you could be number one and I’m going to show you exactly how to do that. So the first thing that you want to do is you want to Get attention. Okay. That’s what the a stands for attention.

And basically with attention is you want eyeballs on you. You want people from around the world to see you know, like you and trust you. And the best way to do that is with creating content. Okay. You can do this on YouTube, Instagram, Tik TOK, LinkedIn, Twitter, wherever you like hanging out. And there are people out there that have a similar problem.

You can create content. Now you might be saying, Hey, everything’s already saturated. Everyone’s already doing everything. Okay. But people resonate with you because of the way that you look, the way that you speak, the way that you act and the way that you dress. So there might be 20 million fitness influencers on Instagram but none of them look and sound and do what you do.

Okay. So first thing, first, get it out of your mind that it’s oversaturated. There’s no such thing as oversaturation because we are building what’s called a brand. Okay. If we go over to Instagram, And we look, we just type in fitness or weight loss or whatever. You’re going to see that there are a bunch of them out there, but all of them are unique.

They’re special little butterflies. And you are too. Okay. So eliminate that. Ooh, weight loss, eliminate. That thought that I can’t do this because there are already so many people out there if there were enough Weight loss people out there. Everyone would be fit in the united states, but we aren’t and so You can do this too.

You can track your journey like this person’s doing you track your progress if you went from You can show people that and people will follow you. So you’re just going to create content to attract attention to you. That is step number one. Step number two is you are going to build a funnel. Now we want to build a funnel for a few different reasons.

One, because even though we’re creating content on these social media platforms, it’s Our followers aren’t going to see us regularly. In fact, our viewer to subscriber ratio is going to be very low because these platforms want to want you to pay for attention. We’re doing free attention. They want us to pay for attention.

And so what we’re going to do is we are going to funnel people to our free Skool community. Yes, you can create free communities and create paid communities. The best way to do it right now is with a free community. We can turn this into a paid community later on. But right now we’re doing a free community and we’re going to offer them exclusive information.

This is called a lead magnet. So we can offer them maybe like a 30 day, 30 day meal planner. Like maybe a shopping list that they can take to the grocery store. Maybe you offer them a mini course. You’re going to give that to them. For free to funnel people into your world. So maybe you’ve heard this before.

You want people to come into your world so that they can know entrust you a little bit more. And that’s the great thing about Skool is the way that Skool is set up. And I’m just going to show you one of mine. The way that Skool is set up is that we can funnel them in. And have them start thinking about stuff differently, about how we want them to think.

And you can see we can have all of these different courses out there that we can offer to our clients. But so this is what we’re gonna do. We’re going to as I mentioned, we’re going to get attention. And then we are going to funnel them to our free Skool community. First, if you are just getting started, this is the best way to do it.

I’ll be talking more about that later on, but I have, I will be working with people one on one to help them launch a successful Skool community, but you’re going to offer a lead magnet.

Again, that could be that could be a 30 day meal planner. That could be a mini course where you show people just a preview of what you’re actually doing. But Skool great for a number of reasons. You can get together a group of like minded people. You can ask them questions. You can see here, I’ve got 462 people.

They engage at different levels. You can help bring them up to speed and how you do things, which is really cool. The other cool thing with your Skool community, even though it’s free, you can offer like low ticket items. Maybe you have a mini course or a complete course that you want to sell people.

This free community is really good for selling people on stuff that’s between seven and 47. At least that’s what I’ve had experience with. And that’s another that’s a side quest when it comes to making money with your Skool committee anyway So now let’s go ahead and talk about Value a lot of people do this wrong.

A lot of people will offer like more tips and tricks and more ways that Yes, we want to help them, but we want to do it so that we’re not giving away the farm and that we are making money in the process. Cause the worst thing you can do is just keep offering value, and they keep consuming it and then nothing else happens.

You want people to take action. And I think the best way to offer value is to offer testimonials. So people that have gone through your training before and have gotten results, maybe they haven’t gotten results, but they just like the way that you train them. They didn’t like how other people did it, but they liked the way you did it.

So you want to post testimonials. You want to do results. So if someone has gone from point A to point B, if your goal is to help them to lose 20 pounds and they’ve done it. That’s another great way. So results future self. So where they want to be, you want to talk to them about the transformation and then also answer questions.

So if people have questions about whatever it is that you’re good at and that you do, you simply answer those questions. Okay. Do not make more content where you’re teaching them how to squat. Okay. We want to maybe talk about how the results that Our clients have received or your clients have received from squatting correctly.

Talk about the transformation that somebody had when they were squatting incorrectly and they had problems with their back and now they’re doing it the right way based on your suggestions or recommendation and now they can squat better. They can jump out of the gym, whatever the results are. So make sure that you are adding value in that way.

Don’t give out more free Stuff because you’ll never get people to take action. Okay. So now let’s talk about the most important thing how to make money Okay, this is the fun part and there’s a few different ways to do it Okay, the one way that you can do it is you can offer a second a second community where you offer reoccurring income or a reoccurring subscription so you could do something like I don’t know 29 per month And you offer coaching, you offer courses, maybe you have different challenges.

You have a 30 day challenge of eating right. And then you put together a 30 day meal plan for them to take advantage of. That’s a really simple way for people to get up and running. Okay. And it’s a very easy funnel because people see the value that you’re offering and the transformation that you’re offering in your free community.

And so people are going to raise their hand and say, yes, I want. I want that. And one thing that you can do, and I did this is you can actually pin your paid community, but this is a different offer, but you could pin your paid community to the top of your free Skool community. And as people start to get value and see the transformation, they’ll click this and they’ll go over to the paid community and join them.

And this is quote unquote, passive income. You make money while you’re not actively trying to make money. The other cool thing about Skool communities is they can be self. Self fulfilling. They. Members that get in and they get excited, they communicate and they talk and they build this culture and this nature.

And then you being the person that maintains and owns the community, you’re seen as the leader and as the face. And so people will turn to you when they want more. So you can do a paid community for 29 per month, which is really cool, or you can actually do something high ticket. Okay. High ticket is going to be, I don’t know, Depending on where you live and who you are, it can be anywhere between 9.

99 and 2. 99. Now you might be thinking, who’s going to pay me 3, 000 in order to get coached? You’d be surprised. People that want the result quicker. And that’s why we are talking about testimonials, results, future self, and answering questions. Because people that want the results faster are going to be willing to pay more to get that solution.

Okay. If it is an urgent thing for them, if they need to lose 20 pounds before before their 20 year reunion, They’re going to pay somebody, anybody to get those results quicker and faster. Just think how much does plastic surgery cost, for example, how much does liposuction cost? So people that want the result quicker but might not want to do plastic surgery, they might be willing to pay 199, 199.

97 in order to do that. So you can do a high ticket. And the cool thing if you do high ticket is you only need a few people per month. I personally like doing the reoccurring thing because with reoccurring, you’re not starting off from zero every single month. And there’s really no limit to how high or how far you can go with with high ticket.

If people are requiring like more time, more of you there’s a cap. If you’re working as a personal trainer and you’re trying to do high ticket, you might be capped out at five. But if you have a community that’s doing 29 per month, it’s unlimited. So I personally like, I like the community aspect of it because again, it won’t just be you in there all the time.

It’ll be the entire group of people. And for 29 per month, there’s a little less expectation. With 20 with the 3, 000 high ticket course, people are going to expect more from you. And so you’re going to wind up you’re going to wind up having to dedicate more time, energy and effort. But I like the 29 per month.

It’s really up to you what you wanna charge. If you wanna charge $10 per month and then, save the other $10 for the, um, for a gym membership, that’s fine. The number’s up to you. What I recommend that you do though, is whatever you do, you wanna start creating a sense of urgency.

You wanna offer bonuses and you want to. Show them why the paid community is the only solution. Okay. The final step to this, to get people into your community into paid community is you need to have a sense of urgency. You need to talk about the urgency and potential price coming up. Talk about the urgency of what will happen if they don’t take action.

So in 30 days you haven’t taken action. You’re going to still be overweight. You’re still, and obviously you’re not going to say it that way, but you aren’t going to be closer to your goal. You are still going to be in you’re still going to be self conscious about what you look like when you go to your family reunion or graduation reunion, whatever it is, but you want to create urgency.

You want to offer bonuses. For example, one great bonus you can offer to join your community is you could do a free one on one Coaching session for the first I don’t know 20 members and then you can say hey look It’s for the first 20 members, but this is going to be going out to I don’t know how many of our people you can say i’ve got a following of 19 000 people and 19, 000 people are going to be competing for these 20 offers.

And so you can create this sense of urgency. And then also, like I said, mention why this is the only solution for them, why the paid community is the best place for them to find success. Talks about how they’ve maybe tried something before you tried paying 3, 000 for a guru to do this for you and it didn’t work.

However, with this paid community where it’s just 29 per month, it’s a dollar a day. Essentially, you’re going to get support from me and support from the community. You’re going to get help. You’re going to get boosted up. You’re going to get lifted up when you are struggling, when you are frustrated.

So talk about why this is the only place. But this is how it seems it’s really this simple. Okay. This is how you can generate three K per month or more. And if you just did the math in that if we did 3000 and we divide that by 29, you would just need 103 people per month. If we look at some of these communities if we look at, I’m just going to type in fitness again, fitness,

this guy, 129 per month, this person. 22 per month. Community. He’s doing 31 per month. So there’s no reason why you can’t do this too. And quite honestly, I have never heard of these guys before. I’ve never heard of Adonis. I’ve never heard. Now, maybe you have, but if we’re looking at this 24 per month 6 per month, 145, 34 per month.

I’m not sure what this is. 99 per month. As you can see, there are lots of people out there that are willing to pay every single month to learn from you. All you have to do is follow this step by step guide, attention, funnel, value, money. What I would recommend is going the this route because you can help, you can serve more people.

Now, in the beginning, I mentioned one on one I am just opening this up. I’ve had a few people ask me about one on one consultations with regard to. building out a community for them. And that’s something that I’m interested in and I’m willing to work with a select group of people. I personally don’t have the bandwidth to work with lots of people on this.
