In this quick video, I’m going to show you how to delete a Skool community. There isn’t really any information on the internet with it. Let me go ahead and walk you through it step by step. This is a Skool community. I had profit from post. It was a temporary community that I used for as a part of of something that they paid for.
So the first thing you want to do is remove everybody from the group. And to do that, you’re just going to, I did it already, but you’re going to click on The settings and then remove from group. You can see here that the, I have 25 churned, but essentially you’re just going to, there’s a little gear icon.
You’re going to press it. You’re going to remove everybody from the group manually. Then go to settings and then come down to subs, come down to general and change the group name to closed just so that you know that this is the one that you’re closing and then go to subscriptions. No, you’re going to go down to, it’s not easy to find.
Is it, where is it at here? Oh, go down to billing and referrals, and then click on cancel subscription. And then it says your closed group will be archived at the end of your current billing cycle. This means that your group will be read only. Nobody will be able to access, post, or chat. And then just put why you’re canceling.
You can say that this was a temp group for a workshop. Like that. All right. So as easy as that is, you’re going to click on cancel and then you just won’t be rebuilt for it. So we can go back to billing and then you can always reactivate the group when you’re ready. So this might be something cool that you do if you’re doing like a paid workshop like I did.
But yeah, that’s how you close a or delete a community
